For an Indian woman, identity is a very elusive thing. Who she is, is often defined by her family, shaped by her children and their needs, and lost in the haze of providing for and accommodating others. Her health, hope and dreams take a beating. Limitless explores the lives of eight long distance women runners, who rediscovered themselves through running. It is a film that reveals their insecurities, their bruised body image, their battered self-confidence, their guilt at accepting that they need some me-time too.
