Data processor

The data processor is the same as the Data Controller, i.e. Associazione Culturale River to River.

a) Purpose of the treatment 

The treatment is finalized solely for the purpose of informing about the promotion of content about and around the activities of River to River (film festivals, screenings of films, events, exhibitions, press conferences, press releases, newsletters, public relations).

b) Method of treatment of personal data

 It is finalized through operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic tools and consists in the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, selection, extraction, comparison use interconnection, block, communication cancellation and destruction of data. The treatment is carried out by the Data Controller River to River and by the people expressly appointed by the Data Controller.

c) Conferral of data and refusal 

The provision of personal data, and more precisely the email address, is necessary for the purpose of carrying out the activities referred to in paragraph a) and the refusal by the party concerned to provide personal data will make it impossible to fulfill the activity referred to in point a).

d) Communication of data 

Personal data may come to the attention of the Data Controller River to River and by the people expressly appointed by the Data Controller. Sensitive personal data, excluding the email address, are not subject to disclosure.

e) Transfer of data abroad

 Personal data may be transferred to the countries of the European Union or to third countries other than those of the European Union, or to an international organization, for the purpose of point a).

f) Data conservation 

The data are kept for the necessary time to carry out the activities and in any case not exceeding ten years and are updated periodically.

g) Rights of the interested party 

The interested party has the right to:

  • access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition to the processing data;
  • obtain without hindrance from the Data Controller, the data in a structural format or common use and readable by automatic device to transmit them to another data controller;
  • revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation.
